The CSE-Servelec Group (comprising CSE-Servelec and CSE-Seprol), is split into five business groups, covering a wide range of industries:

The Telemetry Group specialises in the provision of Telemetry and SCADA systems for monitoring and control in a wide range of industries, from Water Process and Distribution to the Oil and Gas Industries. Solutions are either supplied around our own Telemetry and SCADA/SCOPE-X products, or equipment from selected third parties, depending upon the requirements of our clients. The Information Systems Group is responsible for the design, production and implementation of systems that manage information to streamline and control working practices.

It has two primary focuses: Clinical Information Systems and Prison Command and Control. RiO is CSE-Servelec’s Electronic Patient Record system (EPR) that specifically targets Mental Health and Primary Care Trusts. Panoptes is a state of the art Prison Command and Control system that integrates existing security systems within an organisation.

The Intelligent Automation Group specialises in the provision of full turnkey solutions for a wide range of industrial control and monitoring applications, including:

• Distributed Control Systems: based on state of the art DCS platforms and specialising in the oil and gas sector.

• Pipeline Control Systems: integrating DCS or SCADA with sophisticated Leak Detection Systems.

• Safety Critical Systems: as with the Pipeline Control Systems, these are integrated with DCS or SCADA and are in line with the latest industry standard SIL requirements of IEC61508.

• Management Information Systems: to complement and enhance existing or new control and monitoring systems.

Our Customer Support Group provide long term peace of mind with maintenance support tailored to suit the specific requirements of each customer. Many support arrangements include remote access to customer systems under stringent security control, which provides immediate assistance, 24 hours a day.
