To assist in achieving this aim a quality system has been established to ensure that a logical and systematic approach is used in the attainment of the desired quality.
This is augmented by all employees contributing their knowledge, experience, enthusiasm and dedication. Training, education and individual development are provided to enable CSE-Seprol
Limited to enhance its products through innovation and development".
Our Quality System Customer satisfaction is of prime importance. To assist in the achievement of this, CSE Seprol has established
a quality system in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT and the guidelines for the development of software, TickIT.
The quality system is registered with Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. The systematic approach to customer satisfaction is the key to the overall culture of CSE Seprol and permeates
throughout the entire organisation, from order intake through the design, development, assembly, testing and despatch processes to continuing customer support.
This culture also ensures the highest standards of performance of CSE Seprol products, including compliance with the appropriate European directives and standards, particularly for
safety, electro magnetic compatibility and telecommunications.
Control of the Quality System
The quality system used by CSE Seprol was compiled in consultation with all of the employees to ensure that there was a good understanding of the operating
practices. These practices were viewed against the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT and, where necessary, adjusted, this all being done, again, in consultation with the
users of the system. This approach ensures that ownership of the various elements of the quality system is accepted and conformity assured.
Control of the quality system is exercised by all employees using their skill and judgement and monitoring by supervision. Documentation is kept to the minimum in keeping with the
CSE Seprol's responsibilities in confirming effective control, assuring a high quality of product supplied to customers, providing long term support and discharging its legal obligations
in a responsible manner.
To ensure continued conformance with ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT the quality assurance manager compiles a schedule of internal audits for all of the subject matter contained in the
quality system.
The frequency of the audits is established by applying a number of factors, such as:
- historical record of conformance;
- skill and ability of the user of the system
- complexity of the system and
- potential impact on the business for non-conformance.
The senior executive and the quality assurance manager continually review the findings of internal audits and take such action as is necessary to ensure that the customer always
receives the best possible product and service.
As an additional assurance to the customer, CSE Seprol uses the services of an independent, UKAS accredited, agency to confirm conformance with ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT. Lloyd's
Register Quality Assurance provide this service and perform audits twice per year.
